Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with TÁO Singapore. We take great pride in our reputation for quality & excellent value of our tableware. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any enquires, we're always available to help.
EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURN
1. The customer & delivery staff are advised to perform mutual check & inspect the product’s quality, quantity, model, packaging, etc. upon receiving. Then sign the delivery note (if required) provided to confirm. TÁO Singapore is not responsible for further complaints or requests to return or refund once the delivery note is signed by the customer.
2. Exceptional cases in delivery and our solution:
- Damaged packaging noticed by the customer upon receiving.
- Products are delivered cracked and/or broken.
- Products are delivered with wrong quantity & required models.
- Please email us at hello@taosingapore.co or send a photo of the defect, so we can help you as soon as possible.
3. If you change your mind & would like to exchange on any of our products, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order to exchange. Simply email your exchange request to hello@taosingapore.co with the purchase invoice attached.
You will shoulder shipping costs for the return & redelivery of the products.
We encourage you to use a shipping courier with tracking if you are going to return the items for exchange. This way, you can avail their shipping insurance & monitor the progress of the return delivery. We cannot vouch for the courier in terms of successful shipping or damage incurred during the travel.
We will inspect the exchanged product as soon as we received it & send you a notification email that we have received your item. If we deem you as eligible, your exchange request will be processed.
Please note that exchange is only available for items from the same price range or higher. We will send you a new invoice should there be any remaining balance.
Please note that shipping fee is not refundable.
