• Do you ship overseas?

We currently only offers delivery to Malaysia & within Singapore. 

• When will I receive my order?

We strive to provide local delivery of your order within 5 working days. However, slight delays (1 to 2 days) can be expected during peak, festive & sale periods.

Delivery to Malaysia may take up to 14 working days. However, slight delays (1 to 2 days) can be expected during peak, festive & sale periods.

• What currency will be charged during payment?

All transactions will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).

• Are all products safe for food use/consumption?

Yes, all products sold are food-safe. We source our products from reliable & certified suppliers. We also carry the required licenses to import & sale of tableware for food consumption usage.

• How do I find a product online?

You could simply select from the type of tableware you're looking for at our homepage, or use the search engine at the top-right of the page.

• Self-collection option?

Currently we do not offer self-collection option.
