3. What is TÁO Singapore's exchange/refund policy?

At TÁO Singapore, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do allow exchanges within 5 days of the original purchase. If you change your mind & would like to exchange any of our products, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. Simply email your exchange request to hello@taosingapore.co with the purchase invoice attached. Please note that shipping costs for the return & redelivery of the products will be shouldered by you. 4. How long does it take to receive my order?

For orders within Singapore, we offer a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery time of within 3 working days. Our staff will contact you prior to delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times & actual delivery may vary.

5. What are the shipping rates for my order?

For orders within Singapore, we offer free local shipping for purchases of S$100 and above. For orders below S$100, there is a flat local shipping rate of S$6.00. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

6. Does TÁO Singapore offer self-collection?

Currently, we are in the process of setting up self-collection for our customers. We will be announcing it soon, so stay tuned for updates on this convenient option.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TÁO Singapore. We take great pride in our reputation for quality & excellent value of our tableware. We have a strict no-refund policy. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any inquiries, we're always available to help.

  1. The customer and delivery staff are advised to perform mutual check & inspect the product’s quality, quantity, model, packaging, etc. upon receiving. Then sign the delivery note provided to confirm. TÁO Singapore is not responsible for further complaints or requests to return or refund once the delivery note is signed by the customer.
  1. Exceptional cases in delivery and our solution:
  • Damaged packaging or broken seal/stamp noticed by the customer upon receiving.
  • Products are delivered cracked and/or broken.
  • Products are delivered with wrong quantity & required models.
  • Please email us at hello@taosingapore.co or WhatsApp a photo of the defect to us, so we can help you as soon as possible.
  1. If you change your mind & would like to exchange on any of our products, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order to exchange. Simply email your exchange request to hello@taosingapore.co with the purchase invoice attached.

You will shoulder shipping costs for the return & redelivery of the products.

We encourage you to use a shipping courier with tracking if you are going to return the items for exchange. This way, you can avail their shipping insurance & monitor the progress of the return delivery. We cannot vouch for the courier in terms of successful shipping or damage incurred during the travel.

Please note that exchange is only available for items from the same price range or higher. We will send you a new invoice should there be any remaining balance.

Please note that shipping fee is not refundable.

For orders below SGD$100.00, we charge a flat local shipping rate of SGD$6.00.
